“There is a LIGHT in this world. A healing spirit more powerful than any darkness we may encounter. We sometime lose sight of this force when there is suffering, and too much pain. Then suddenly, the spirit will emerge through the lives of ordinary people who hear a call and answer in extraordinary ways.” Richard Attenborough
Yes he does (my Mom put him there) and I had to apologize to him for eating half a scone this morning. Hey, it was raspberry… sorry Ryan, really.
(and yes I took this with my webcam, lol. Didn’t feel like going through all the image processing my Nikon needs & I don’t have a cell at the moment. I know, I know, who the hell doesn’t have a cell phone nowadays right? It’s a long story, trust me.)
Chia Seed Pudding… Where have you been all my life?! I’ve found something I think I could live on. Granted if you can’t fathom eating tapioca or have texture issues with anything related, then this may not be for you. Otherwise, here’s to your health & taste buds! *clink!
21/2c plain almond or coconut milk
1/2 c Chia Seeds
1/2 t vanilla extract
Agave, honey or stevia to taste.
I added cardamom, because I’ll put it in ANYTHING I can, but I can see where you could really play around here. Cinnamon? Raw Cacao? Hmmm…
Add sweetener to ‘milk’ to taste, vanilla & spice (or whatever). Mix and add chia seeds. Let sit in fridge for at least 4 hrs giving a good stir occasionally. Enjoy the hell out of it.
“Make your own Bible. Select and collect all the words and sentences that in all your readings have been to you like the blast of a trumpet.”
